Sports injury ( shoulder pain)

" Sam is an amazing physiotherapist focusing on the root cause of the issue and not the symptoms. He is focused on long term recovery along with immediate pain relief. I had injured my shoulder while playing cricket and a surgery had been recommended by the doctor. Sam made sure that I recovered well and am back to playing sports thanks to his treatment and support. Definitely recommended for any kind of Physiotherapy treatment. "
ABOUT

ABOUT US

"Our treatment approach is entirely based on manual techniques (hands-on), focusing on enhancing the body’s natural ability to restore balance rather than suppressing the symptoms of the condition.

We believe in the principle: 'True healing begins by working with the root cause, not by suppressing the symptoms.'

Our assessment targets and helps prioritize identifying and addressing the source of the problem. This allows us to understand the imbalance created by the body to compensate, which can lead to overexertion or restrictions in specific areas. These imbalances result in pain or dysfunction in the symptomatic regions.

'To resolve your symptoms, we first address the underlying cause.'"

How does this treatment work?

A client aged 39 came with the complaint of right-side severe back pain. She underwent numerous treatments, including stretching, postural correction, strengthening, and a few techniques. Treatment has made some improvements but has not recovered completely. After performing an assessment and diagnosis, we discovered through her medical history that she had a right-side ankle sprain (grade 2) at the age of 21. Although we examined her ankle stability, strength, and balance, we found that her right ankle's function was less than 50%. Despite this, she does not report any ankle pain. It shows how the right side back supports the right side ankle, which causes the right side back to work too hard. Next, we manipulated her right side ankle to improve function by increasing the blood flow to that region. After a few days, there was a significant improvement, and she started doing her daily routine.
